Free Beachfront Condo Unit - is this possible?

OK - so everyone knows that there is no such thing as a "free lunch", so how could there possibility be a "Free Beachfront Condo". That is, a nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit directly on world famous Siesta Key Beach?
Actually it is true and I will prove it to you if you are interested enough to read my story. The only "catch" if you want to call it that, is that like all good things in life - it takes time.
Our family discovered Siesta Key in the early 1990's and fell in love with the white sandy beach and warm weather in the winter. In 1993 we purchased a beachfront "Vacation Rental" right in the middle of Crescent Beach (Siesta Key Beach).
Since we lived in Michigan and could only be down here a few weeks each year, we did our homework and carefully purchased a unit that had an "on-site rental office" that would rent our unit for us as much as possible most of the time while we were up in Michigan.
At that time we paid an amount of money that was very scary to us as it was almost 4 times more than the home we lived in! And of course we didn't have that kind of money, we were able to scrape-up about 20% of that for a downpayment, and over the years used our rental income to help with the mortgage payments.
The remarkable result is that now, after owning our beachfront investment for over 15 years, it has generated enough income to pay for itself, and it now continues to provide retirement income.
Siesta Key properties, after suffering major reductions in value, now once again represent excellent investment opportunities. (FYI - I am not a Real Estate sales person, simply an interested individual investor).
So briefly, in a nutshell, that is how we (And anyone, including YOU) can get a FREE BEACHFRONT CONDO!
